| She will continue to cruise for Princess, based in Australia. While they are both brands of Carnival, they have determined that they need a "Party" brand and a more "Premium" brand. Instead of Princess sharing a ship for 1\2 of the year with P&O, Princess is now offering their cruises in OZ. Sun Princess cruises in the US until September, when she transfers to Sydney. Regal Princess transfers to P&O Australia in September, where they will jam another 500 bunks into the cabins. The P&O vessel will be named Pacific Dawn. Dawn Princess will be shared between the US and OZ. Dawn Princess will cruise from Sydney (for Princess) between November 08 & March 09. |
