Another obstacle has been cleared. Alexandria has agreed to lease two other islands from Stormark so Talamthom can have all the four islands it wants. I will submit a Resolution concerning this land trade to the Althing shortly.  --------------------  |

The Dáil simply need to agree to Talamthom fully entering the MCS only. All other deals are extra to all requirement.
