Well I'm not sure about that, I just know that they announced it their, according to the girl that posted it in the Dir en grey community o.o
But know I'm having my doubts, but hopefully they announce it in their official site, and then I'll believe it xD;

yuh, Free-Will America announced that at Otakon. I haven't seen it announced anywhere else though, like JMusicEuropa or even the DEG official site o__o
