Water's Edge
Along the western edge of the grounds lies a small river, it's flowing waters having provided solace for many a troubled mutant in the past. A plentiful source of fresh water, the river feeds the nearby Breakstone Lake, a scenic watering hole nestled just behind the mansion. Perched along the banks of Breakstone Lake, a small boathouse resides containing nautical essentials for all manner of water safety and pleasure.

Backyard
Located between the mansion and Breakstone Lake, the backyard is generally used as a sports area for the more active members of the X-Men. Surrounding the mansion's periphery, a swath of forest helps ensure a degree of privacy as well as allowing the more outdoor minded mutants to escape and indulge their natural sides in the wilderness.

Living Area
Littered with couches, televisions, game consoles and even a pool table, the living area of the mansion is more of a recreation room than anything else. It's unkempt appearance is a result of regular use, contrasting with the pristine condition of the rest of the level.

Kitchen
The Kitchen of the Xavier Mansion is large, to say the least, having to cater for the entire X-Men populous, sometimes all at once. A stainless steel, walk-in fridge lines the right hand wall, opposite multiple ovens and cooking devices.

Library
A place indoors that is always promising peace and quiet is the library. Walls lined with thick books, mostly covered in dust, and long, low tables fill the room. Alcoves are cut into the walls with cushions on the ground for a more private contemplation space, as well as seats by the windows which look out over the beautiful gardens.

War Room
Nestled tightly between the Danger Room and Cerebro lies the oft used War Room. Cleverly designed to accomodate many people, the War Room is populated by a giant table and equally huge display screen. The entire mansion can be accessed and ran from this room and it is fortified enough to double as a bunker if need be. Planning and strategic decisions are often made here and the room also serves as a gathering space for the team during periods of turmoil and battle.

Central Park
On the lighter side of New York lies Central Park, a large expanse of land that hasn't (yet) been destructed to make way for the city's many buildings. Pathways meander through trees, passing by many a park bench and hot dog stand. Clearings dot the landscape on either side of the paths (and some further away), providing a mostly uninterruptable solace for those who seek it.

Sinister's Laboratory
Also Houses: Infirmary, Isolation Cells.
This is the central core of Mister Sinister's activities and plots. The equipment housed here is unrivaled by any other on the planet, often as a result of Essex's sheer genius, or the acquisition of designs early in their conception. With this technology, just a few of the wonders, or horrors, possible is his ability to genetically modify living tissue, or bring back the dead.

Mechanized Annex
Also Houses: Armory, Landing Pad.
Designed to furnish the Marauders with whatever vehicle or weaponry is needed to accomplish a mission, the Mechanized Annex was designed to sort, upkeep, and even create new designs of existing equipment. An automated landing guidance system was also installed. Automated defense system to protect against intruders is mentioned in the blueprints, though no one has yet had the misfortunate of its bite, if it in fact exists.

Locutorium
Also Houses: Food and Drink, Lounge.
Seeing how Mister Sinister rarely has guests that don't enjoy their stay in an isolation cell or otherwise captive, large dedicated areas for relaxation and dining are unnecessary. Nevertheless, the Locutorium houses many amenities that make staying within Sinister's company bearable, including many electronic devices.

Barracks
The Barracks serve as quarters for the Marauders and the very few fortunate guests that aren't enjoying their stay in a stasis tube. While not overly lavish, they are far from spartan. A comfortable full-sized bed, armoire, dresser, and a typical closet sporting a weapons rack--for when dashing to the armory just isn't quick enough to lock and load.

The Wilds
Also Houses: Training Grounds.
Everything outside of the barriers keeping the undeveloped flora and fauna from getting close to the core is found here. The expansive jungle, the brutish creatures that inhabit it, and the wide, open grounds for Marauders to train all found closely knit together. Unlike other so-called leaders, the Marauders can train with artificial, and real, threats alike. An Observation Walkway surrounds Sinister's laboratory where parts of the Savage Land can be observed from its edges. Several observation devices are set up along the periphery to monitor certain areas for activity and the behavior of local wildlife.

Observation Deck
Meant as a meeting place within the center of the base, a single circular table stands out from the floor within the center of the metallic room, a green holographic globe floating above the table that's used as a way to detect places of interest on the planet's surface. With monitors aligning the walls, a clear view is given of space, earth, and the stars from several security systems placed on the outside of the Asteroid.

Rotunda
A spacious place of relaxation underneath a domed windowed ceiling that allows occupants to peer into the depths of space. Several strangely comfortable couchs and chairs litter the area with books of unknown languages running across a section of the rounded wall. On a far side, running across the wall is an embedded monitor that taps into one of Earth's satellite systems, allowing quite an selection of television entertainment with remote control attached to a section beside the screen.

Mess Hall
Never meant for instant meals, the Mess Hall contains a gigantic freezing room filled with a strange assortment of meats and delicacies. Within the main section are several places to cook the food: advanced ovens with flames constantly licking out from the top, refrigerated systems that contain drinks of a wide selection and several countertops to hand create such meals. Tables and chairs are sparsely set within the room as a control panel next to the entrance even allows occupants to select what type of music one wants to hear.

Personal Quarters
Each member of the Brotherhood has their own metallic room with a bed connected to a wall, topped with padding, and a metallic night stand that juts out from one of the four barriers to hold whatever personal belongings the Brotherhood members own. Allowed to customize their rooms to their own tastes, each and every room can be entirely different, holding whatever eclectic decorations or furniture the room's owner wishes.

Simulation Chamber
Used as the training facility for the Brotherhood to hone in on their powers, the area is completely metal with no seen controls. Once stepping in, however, an entrance sequence automatically detects the member's weakness and sets-up a program from a randomly encoded list to focus in on that member's weakness. Hardlight sequences, used from stolen Shi'Ar technology, mocks that of the X-Men's Danger Room when creating simulations to battle.

Medical Facility
Housing the main brunt of technology that runs the entire base, the Medical Facility also has a mechanical drone running around protecting the vital information as well as healing those that need to be healed. Several foreign objects litter across metallic tables, as well as a few earth based products and unlabeled containers. Strangely, the drone never leaves the area and is constantly on the move.

Great Britain
Social, Economic, and Political hub of the European continent, Great Britain remains a major player in world affairs and in the affairs of other European countries. Isolated from the mainland, it is largely unaffected by much of what occurs elsewhere in Europe unless it deems the cause worthy enough. To that end, the Old Empire's military might is a force to be reckoned with, regardless of England and Wales’ reputation of being the land of gentlemanly honor, and Scotland’s lush landscape.

Hellfire Club
The Hellfire Club is an overt, worldwide organization, with its base located in London. Famous for its lavish annual gala, it is open to the wealthiest and most influential entrepreneurs, politicians and socialites, whose membership is traditionally passed on to the heirs of their estates. Within the Club at large is a secret cabal, known only to a select few. These Inner Circles, of which there are typically one or two at a time, desire to achieve world domination through political and economic influence, subversive activities and the recruitment of mercenary forces and powerful superhumans.
