I thought I played well today... I kept the ball under control (the one I was playing with) and chased all the long balls over the top (i.e. when it got kicked off the pitch). I thought my shouts of encouragement helped the team, and I'd say because of that, I'm entitled to claim credit for at least 5 of the goals. I also provided an excellent water dispensing service at half time, which no doubt proved to be the decisive factor in our victory today. Oh and I kept the bench nice and warm too.

I think I'm right in claiming the man of the match award.

and fair fucking play all. superb performance. defence looked fine and dandy, jas and craig in centre mid are crackin.. and generally the whole team looked balanced and great.

more of the same for the next few weeks, and hopefully we can carry on some momentum into the season.

totally impressed. watching from the sidelines this afternoon i could honestly say that we look like we've been a proper team for more than just four (??) games.

and as we discussed down at the pub after. we dont need any body else to sign now unless people leave and then we need replacements! we've finally got a good balance and we'll be a match for most teams now in my very good own opinion.
