Head Coach Leo Epifania has invited all Magpies fans to join him and the NSW Cup squad tomorrow, March 7th, at the Bexley Bowling And Recreation Club.

The day will feature a relaxed atmosphere with a team brunch, games of bowls, and late lunch. Come along and meet the 2009 side and take them on on the greens (bring your own white hat!)

The Magpies will be there from 11am to 5pm so pop in for an hour or the whole day.

The State Cup team enjoyed a 'bare foot' bowls day today at Bexley Bowling Bowling. The day was organised to reward the players for all of their hard work during the pre season. They enjoyed an excellent breakfast and lunch. After a full days bowling it was down to the grand final which was won by Dean Risko, Brendan Waters and Rhys Pritchard. They showed enough skill to suggest they have a life after footy, professional bowling perhaps! The staff at the club provided friendly service and excellent facilities. No major injuries were reported although a number of back strains were treated on the green.

Damn wish I could have attended. Sounded awesome!
