Hi Guys,

I just wanted to introduce myself! I'm Jackie and I dug on Justins team for a week in 2004.

I am desperate to dig again, but had a little boy last year and as I value him too much to leave him in his fathers care for a week I guess I'm not going manage it for a while!!

So until I get to don my wellies again I will have to manage with day visits and reading updates on here!

Keep up the good work, I'm very jealous!

I've just done two weeks in Justin's trench again and had another very sucessful two weeks of finding nothing and doing my very best to confuse matters even more! Result!

Mh-hm! Not a bean! But massive fun was still had despite the rain, lack of finds and half my pottery haul being discarded! Heartbreaking stuff!

Would have been really good to see you again, but I'm sure I'll be back there next year in July if they'll have me back! So maybe you could come up earlier and have a cuppa with me!

I did mean to get up earlier in case you were there, but work got in the way. I ended up doing a summer school so didn't actually finish till a week after the schools broke up!!

Maybe next year will be the year you find something really good!! What on earth happened to your pottery??

I have no idea!! Ask Justin, he jinxed me this year by telling me that the week before I got there some fella was pulling out magnificent things left, right and centre! So when I go back next year he's not allowed to say a word!
