This is the form you MUST use, along with an explanation and specifications for each.

*The form must be legible. This means spaces between paragraphs and Bold Topics, understand?*

Name:
Obviously the Name of your character. Make sure that it corresponds with who you are trying out for! i.e. Graystripe and ThunderClan Deputy, etc.

Rank:
The Rank of the Character. Same as Above.

Clan:
The Character's Clan. Same as above.

Age:
The Characters age. Please make sure it is not too young or old for the position.

Gender:
It's sex. Also, make sure it is the same as the character in the book.

Picture:
A picture of the cat. Meaning, Graystripe should be a gray cat. Russetfur should be a reddish cat, etc.

Description:
A nice, lengthy, detailed description of your cat. Make sure it matches the cats in the books, please. Meaning, Graystripe cannot be a white or red cat! He should be grayish. Make sure this is nice and long. No specifications, but just make sure you know how long it is and nice it is, because it could easily be not good enough.

Personality:
This is pretty much simple. What is the character like? Again, make sure it is nice and detailed. What is it afraid of? Hates? Likes and dislikes? It should correspond with the books, but your own variations are okay with us.

History:
Often the hardest part of the form. A nice, long, detailed history for your feline. We will be a little more lenient here, because we know how hard these can be. But please. Make sure they are close to the cats in the books.

Role-Play Sample:
This is probably the most important part of the form. If all else fails, we will look here. This may just cancel out your suckish description or history! But don't try too hard. This should be a demonstration of how you do role-play, not how you can. Meaning, we don't want this amazing RP Sample and give you the cat, and then watch you RP on the boards with tiny little one-liner posts. It's not going to happen.
