So Itxaro has a fascination with Endikai traditions and da'Jainko in particular. So far only she knows of this and she is terrified of her family ever finding out since they are so strongly opposed to any belief other than the Zerui way.
I'm thinking she could meet an Endikai member and they could become friends. This would be much easier done with a female character.
Itxaro could confide in her interest and ask questions and wonder if her spirit is the river since she has such natural fondness for water as well as swimming skill. It would also (eventually) open up role-playing opportunities with her brother Erramun who is my other character and btw would be livid if he knew what she'd been doing.
Depending on what else may happen to her, I may have Itxaro run away from the Zerui and her family when she comes of age (which is about 3 months away IC so really anytime I feel she is ready OOC). Not sure but open to ideas about it.
Her parents want her married as soon as she turns 13 which she opposes. I know arranged marriages get boring but it may be interesting as well especially if she runs away afterward. Really what would happen to her? O.O I don't want her killed off so maybe that's not the right path to RP if she'd be caught.

If things go as planned and I end up saving Erramun's life, well.....Endika would not be opposed to a marriage to a Zerui girl to help keep the peace. And if she's really all that interested, it would be a good match.
Admittedly he'd be a little disturbed to marry a kid, but hey. He needs to lead first and foremost.

After reading his profile, I think it would be an interesting match for sure if they ever did get married.
By that time, Itxaro would be of age to do so according to Zerui tradition. I think of her as being a17 year old girl in today's society, not officially an adult yet until reaching 18 yrs but really being no different. She only has a few months to go.
I'd like to just RP her awhile and see what happens. I'm still entertaining the idea of her running away instead of a marriage being done for the sake of Tribal peace. I hope you don't mind. I will definitely keep your idea in mind though!
