Whoo! So Isaac is brand new to the site (as am I) and some plottage for him would be great. He's a 24-year-old Thiasan who has recently been conscripted. His father fled Thiasa because he didn't want to have to serve in the war, leaving Isaac to take over the family business of 'merchants.' More specifically, he deals datura/jimson weed.

Some ideas for him:
- Clients! Especially fellow soldiers, because he's currently stationed at the Border Garrisons.
- Connections! Isaac needs someone from the Zerui tribe that he pays for the jimson weed. There might even be a few other Baskar that he knows, because the Everard family has had ties with them for a few generations.
- Enemies! Naturally, some people will be opposed to his profession. Others could be put off by his ruthless, uncaring nature, his father's shameful fleeing of Thiasa (if that is uncovered), or the fact that he's doing business with the people they're supposed to be at war with. It's definitely not hard to find a reason to dislike him. >_>

So yeah, those are just some ideas for where things could go... And please keep in mind that Isaac is far from a friendly guy, is extremely callous (especially when it comes to people who don't pay their debts to him), and is quite socially awkward around strangers. So don't except any nice, friendly conversations to ensue.

Actually, what would be better would be his twin, Nahia. She's his actual supplier, and she's fascinated by Thiasans. I can make her as an aux, if you're interested.

Gergori could be one of his aforementioned enemies, Gergori would probably be disgusted that the Baskar were trading with a Thiasian. Gergori also dislikes Indar and probably Nahia as well, so just another reason to hate Isaac. Lemme know, we could work something out.

Mmmm conflict, I love it. (: It'd definitely be interesting, because Isaac would still struggle to be civil with Gergori even if he hates him, because he wouldn't want to offend the tribe or anything. (And secretly, he'd be afraid to get his ass kicked.)

François would buy from him. He needs something to dull the pain, poor idiot. :P At the moment he's being generally dissolute in the barracks and trying to live the high life amongst a bunch of commoners... so I imagine Isaac wouldn't much like him; but at least François wouldn't judge him for his family's desertion. He tried to run himself, but he couldn't go back to Scalia, so he was screwed.

Salutations. I play Deora. A bastardous calculative weapon designer. You can even read that in the epic sig that Kincade made. Deora is really concentrated on the war and he could probably get ticked off at someone drugging up the soldiers. So after you're done playing with all the good people we could make a thread.
