So, basically, what I need is friends for Niamh. Not lovers or husbands. Just people for her to talk to and manipulate into getting what she wants.

She needs, in other words, to be so important that Aedan would talk to her on his own free will rather than because she requests it of him (which he would probably say no to anyway since she's just a lady and a knight's daughter at this point rather than someone so important that he'd say yes.)

In other words: lords' sons, knights, generals, ladies of influence, princesses, princes, kings and so on.

She has yet to really talk to a woman about anything (there's not that many ladies really anyway).

Also, she would like to be a lady-in-waiting so if anyone plays a princess or even the queen and would like a lady-in-waiting, then Niamh is your girl. She needs her own money so that she can develop funds for her "project." She'll lie to her father about how much she is getting (she might even say that she offered her services for free) and keep the money herself which might lead to a great thing later if her father finds out.

*whispers* screeching fight with claws drawn supreme....
