HEAR YE, HEAR YE, ALL THIEVES IN THE REALM!

I am wanting to start a Thieves' Guild here on Thiasa, but I need to know if anyone would be interested in the idea. I do have a character to lead it but without the Guild there would not be much of a point to him so I have not put in his application. Here are some of the ideas that I'm thinking.

1. There would need to be a brand of some kind, and it would need to be seen on the avatar. Where the brand actually is can be hidden from view, but it would probably need to be on the avatar somewhere for purposes of tracking. Unless the admins say it is all right to not do it, which would be cool too. If anyone has a good idea for what the brand would look like feel free to post that here for us all to take a look at.

2. No the Guild would not have any royal protection, but it would create a network of ICC information that you could tap into.

3. If we get enough members, we could make for a lot of interesting plots, especially with the Serf rebellion coming up.

4. There would be an application process that would need to be posted with your character app. Most likely an rp of your thief in action. Whether they succeed or not would not necessarily get them into the Guild, but the quality of the post will.

These are just some ideas that I'm throwing out there. If the Admins want to make adjustments then by all means do so. I just kind of rambled these off the top of my head. Also, if any other members have ideas I'm sure we can all come up with something that would make it a lot of fun.
