Physical Description (five sentence minimum): Darien is 5'11" with a slender build. He has light brown hair with a medium length. Piercing greenish/blue eyes accent his aristocratic features. He has pale skin just a couple of shades short of white. He is always finely dressed.

Personality (eight sentence minimum): Before he was given the responsibilities of running the Fiefdom of Lawley, he was a wild carefree prince who would occasionally find himself in trouble with his father due to his antics. Now that he rules his territory, after his father's death, he still has a habit of getting into trouble. Despite his mother's constant badgering, he has no intention of being a married man. He plans to continue his bachelordom till the day he dies, unless the woman he loves can be his despite all odds.

Darien believes that sex is a manly sport, and should be treated as such. Kind of like hunting. He tells his mother constantly, "Is a hunter a hunter if he traps a deer then nurtures it? No, he is a hunter once he has destroyed it." He is a philanderer to the largest degree. His mother, on several occasions, has brought women to him so that he may choose a bride, but has instead shamed them and sent them back to their homes with little to no hope of being married.

This trait has made him incredibly unpopular with the nobility in his fiefdom. The young men of the noble courts think him something as a hero, and the women see him as a potentially great lover (for though the women were shamed, they never gave any indication that he was a poor lover). He is also rumored to have at least one illegitimate child (not part of his history due to the fact that it is not true, but I wouldn't mind someone claiming to be)[Plot Potential].

History (ten sentence minimum): Darien has had several lovers, including a couple of men during his youth that didn't really mean too much to him. His lovers include three nobles, a servant, two male courtiers, and several unnamed people that he met at random places in his life. His lovers have drastically decreased in frequency since he took control of his father's fiefdom, though they are nowhere near stopped all together.

He does have a secret infatuation with a lady of the courts, but she is far out of his reach. A part of him will always long for her, though he will never have her because she is being pushed upon the king. Her parents never would give him the time of day. So now, he is forced to watch the Lady Elayne Argyle pursue the king for her heart as his breaks everyday for it. [Plot Potential]

Darien inherited everything from his father, including his seat on the privy council of the king. But now he must be torn by his loyalty to his king, and the loyalty to his heart for Elayne. Though he considers himself to be the king's man, he has on more than one occasion been too brash with his tongue into his opinion of the king's many proposed women and has tried pawning off several of the worst kinds to him. Including the not so fair ones, in order for him not to choose Elayne.

Kian was growing agitated. He could feel the blood rushing to his face and then to his ears. He could only imagine how red they must seem at the moment as he did not look into a mirror. He breathed deeply at her comment in regards to their lack of consumation, but then a delightful grin came to his face.

"Wouldn't it be awful if your beloved sister became with child before you, my dear? It is a shame that you have such low arousal, perhaps it is you who needs a physician? That or perhaps your maid servant, considering the noises I have heard coming from her bed chamber. You seem to check up on her quite often, dear," Kian said with a grin. He would never say them aloud, and he would barely think them into words, but there were some suspicions about his wife that he would someday confirm.

"Ewan could fetch himself a good wife if he stopped trying to a jokester, and you have said on several occasions that my sister is quite fair. There is a good possibility that she could catch the eye of an eligible young lord, or an old rich one for that matter," said Kian as he saw Gayle jump on the table where Kian had left the wine earlier. He never understood why despite the fact that she hated him, Gayle continuously tried to win favor with the lady of the house.

This is actually a really good application, so good on you. There's plot potential with his infatuation, and I like his philosophy on women. The hunting analogy--priceless.

Proofread for a few small errors; "nowhere" in "nowhere near" ought to be one word, not two... relatively small things. This is only to get you into the habit of checking your writing, so it's cleaner and easier for your RP partner to understand.
