We, King Aedan I, ruler of the Thiasan Island and Associated Territories,
hereby declare that all able-bodied male citizens are hereby conscribed and called to the border garrisons for training (assignments to be designated upon arrival).
Each township may retain one butcher, one baker, and etc. for all needed artisanal positions, for every 100 families. Where possible, women may take over non-political and non-clerical positions.
Each fiefdom and manse must contribute no fewer than one-quarter of its serfs and all available knights. Lord-commanders may train their own armies but we ask them to camp at the border at soonest convenience.
Desertion or fight from service as punishable by hanging.
By decree of King Aedan I
