Brief Outline of Personality, History, and Appearance:

Hibai was always troubled by visions and paranoia, and took these as signs of divine appointment. Tall, strong, and once-handsome, before scarring distorted his features, he became a charismatic leader of his tribe--and ruled with an iron fist.

He plans to rule all of the Zerui himself, as he believes himself to be Eguzki's chosen. He's captured a Thiasan guardsman and thinks that by sacrificing him he can show himself to be favored by Eguzki.

Currently he's also plotting against his concubine, whom he believes (rightly, it turns out) to be unfaithful, and against his son and his son's concubine, both of whom he mistrusts.
