Ah, I'm glad this made its way to the private forums. Here's a list of topics I think should be banned:

- Abortion; it's not a question of rationality but rather a question of morality. It can be argued, but no one will ever be swayed. People often get sad, too, if it becomes personal. It's grossly emotionally overcharged.

- Homosexual Marriage; Again, it's too emotional.

- Gun Control; it's only a question of ethics.

As for topics 'allowed' I don't think we should place an enumerated list for that; only banned topics.
