I know Heretics have Covenant tech... But did we get Smart A.I. from Leo? I want to say we did... So can someone tell me?

Yes he did.
He downloaded everything from his Smart PC AI onto our terminals at Basis.
The AI would obviously know of itself, so yeah.
I'd think it'd know about other tech, but Cullie was a poopface and only gave us UNSC tech that Leo had with him.

he carries the data, but the technology was never actually "given" to the heretics. so only leo can get them until the tech is done.
