Basically, a Signature Card is one particular card a duelist uses that is most associated with them. For example, Seto Kaiba's would be "Blue-Eyes White Dragon". (Source: Yu-Gi-Oh Wikia)

I was thinking, since this is an Yu-Gi-Oh forum, one might have their on signature card(s).
So, how about it?

Name: Xenneth Hikari
Signature Card: Nurse Reficule, The Fallen One
Signature Attack: Bandage Barrage
Attack Desc.: The bandages along Nurse Reficule's body untamper as they lash forward and not only bound and hold the enemy, but also give another set of the bandages a chance to pierce and destroy them.
Ability Desc.: When an enemy recovers, Reficule lifts her hand reverting the recovery aura from a light color to a dark black or purple atomosphere around them as it decreases their life points.

Signature Card: Light and Darkness Dragon
Signature Attack: Shining Breath / Dark Inferno
Attack Desc.:
Shining Breath: Light and Darkness Dragon stores massive amount of energy inside i'ts jaws and unleashed a stream of intense light, reducing the enemy to nothingness.
Dark Inferno: Light and Darkness Dragon releases a barrage of dark energy, in form of pitch-black flame that engulf the enemy, destroying them.
Ability Desc.:
1st Ability:Whenever a Spell, Trap or monster effect activates, Light and Darkness Dragon will charge a lightning sphere with its side fangs, striking the cards, negating it's effect. The glow emitted by the dragon gets fainter.
2nd Ability:When Light and Darkness Dragon is destroyed, a circle of power take place, giving new life to other fallen comrade.

Signature Card: Judgment Dragon
Signature Attack: Omega Impact
Attack Description: Judgment Dragon flies directly above the enemy and surrounds its entire body with an aura of light energy. It then dives towards the enemy at high speed and smashes into it to destroy it.
Ability Description: Judgment Dragon gathers a mass of light energy at it mouth and fires it into the air. The light energy then separates into many rays of light that destroy all the cards on the opponent's field.

This is a tough choice for me considering I change decks pretty often =/. But with Lightsworns being my current main deck, it's only fitting that I choose the Lightsworn's boss monster as my signature card ^^;

Since I'm running a LaDD-Synchro deck, isn't it obvious the signature card should be Light and Darkness Dragon?

Same goes to Lelouch and his Judgment Dragon.

... So? There's nothing wrong with being humble enough to admit you recognize a card as being useful in a duel and capable of winning.

He didn't say any wrong about it. He just want to point out that most of the choice are either most people use or in the meta, and not original like Ryan's and Xenneth.

I had problems in choosing my signature cards. I was torn between LaDD, Angel O7 and Tualatin. But I choose LaDD because, 1, I use it more often and, 2, because it is more flexible and can fit into almost of my RP decks.

Yeah, I only chose Nurse Reficule because in truth it represents Xenneth and reflects nature instead of just being a key to his deck.

Hmm, Xenneth has a point. I think we were just choosing some strong card to be our signature card. I agree with Xenneth.

Maybe I'll change it...later.
