Mind explaining how the deck is Goat Control?

basically its using plasma which is similar to thousand eyes (which was a deck type called goat control) but its using plasma to control the field and he said neo so im pretty sure he meant that its similar but not exact its just got the same basic mechanics and ideas behind it

am i right saidre?

Yeah, and I used Fires of Doomsday to make up for the limiting of Scapegoat. Plus all monsters can be brought out for free with an end phase Fires. 'Cept Plasma, him I have to summon then special.

Plasma has the ability to absorb, like thousand eyes, and the more useful ability to shut down effects. Parshath replaces his light counterpart as a draw engine and is now a removal engine for the late game. Caius and Nepthys can nuke the opponent cards. So it controls and then pulls into play for a the game swing.
