I haven't actually tested this yet, but this is the first thing I thought of when I saw Undead World, lol. It does requires a bit of set-up time, but once it starts running, it should be able to draw into Exodia in no time.

-1 Burial from a different Dimension
-1 Toon Cannon Soldier
-3 Toon Table of Contents
-1 Something
+3 Card of Safe Return
+3 Zombie Master
The CoSR draw engine is much faster than Toon thining.

Burial serves 2 important purposes in the deck: re-using Mezukis and getting Disk Commander back if it gets RFG'd. Without Disk Commander, this deck has no way of winning. I need to have at least one of them in the deck to have a good chance of winning with it.
CoSR is something that I considered before, but Toon Cannon Soldier also has its uses. In a situation where I have access to multiple forms of revival in one turn (which happens quite a bit what with running 3 Mezuki and 3 Book of Life), TCS allows me to send DC back into the Graveyard to be SSed multiple times in a turn. The other problem with CoSR that it makes an already slightly inconsistent deck too inconsistent for my liking.
Zombie Master is iffy in this deck since DC can't be revived by it, and I don't need Mezuki and Goblin Zombie on the field either. I might give it a shot if I was running Pyramid Turtles, but that needs some testing.

Never ever ever ever hinge your entire deck on one card. Ever. That's just terrible deck building.

Only if you don't know how to play zombies. I agree with the first guy.

Pyramid Turtle is too slow. However unless you completely misread what Zombie World (which I assume you didn't, since you mentioned it could be used with Mezuki and Book of Life), then you'd know it DOES work with Zombie Master, and DOES add more consistency.
On topic: Drop 2 Hand Collapses. Add 2 Arms Holes.

You know what... I'm such an idiot >_>. For some reason, I always thought Zombie Master could only revive Level 4 Zombies xD. It's gonna go in for sure. ^^
As for the deck relying on only one card, you're quite right in saying that it's not a good idea. I want to try adding in a few Summon Priests and 3 Sacred Cranes in somewhere, but I can't decide what to take out =/. Maybe the Toon Cards will be removed in favor of them.
