first draft at a Rainbow Neos deck. with the release of Prisma i think it has some potential so i've decided to expand on it. what do you guys think? fixes and suggestions? i was considering running Reversal of Neos but i had to cut it for space. the deck primarily focuses on getting the pieces needed for rainbow neos out as quickly as possible. in theory you can get the pieces in..... *looks at the list*
5 searchers for Prisma and Stratos
Prisma = 9 = 1/4.4
Stratos = 6 = 1/6.6
Neos has 8 searches though one takes two turns.... then he also has Prisma....
Neos = 11 = 1/3.63
Rainbow Dragon = 5 = 1/8
but considering the ways to search out the card that searches rainbow dragon...... it's really much better than that.
anyway you can potentially search into every single card needed for Rainbow Neos in a few turns. the only real variable is the polymerization i need to fuse the two and i have a few ways to search that too.
i'm also trying to find some room for monster reincarnation. any suggestions?

I might just want to run this Deck, because I found no suitable place for my new Prismas.
BTW, if my friend ever sees this deckname, he'd kill you. XD.
And the point for Sanwitch is... what? A joke?

to send Sangan to the graveyard with Prisma.

Sangan needs to be sent from the Field to the Graveyard to activate its effect.

i know. it's a trick used more in competition to search him to the yard and special summon him with reborn premature and usually limit reverse.
Ryan Slade - June 13, 2008 12:53 AM (GMT)
And you lack the Reverses to get real use out of it. Because those Decks have multiple monsters for that trick. (Ex. Disk Commander) Yours is ... just Sangan.
Seriously, this was about Sanwitch, a totally useless card.
Alastair Meztli Solaris - June 13, 2008 12:56 AM (GMT)
it's in the fusion deck anyway. doesn't particularly matter. lol
oh and yes i know that limit reverse also has targets such as disk commander and others. really what's the harm of having it just in case i do want to pull of the trick? it's pretty much just in case i happen to want to do that. after all what's bad about having an extra option? it's not like it even clogs the main deck or anything.
anyway lets just drop it ok? seems like a pointless argument over a card that doesn't even have any real impact on the deck anyway.
Ryan Slade - June 13, 2008 12:58 AM (GMT)
Sure. Great Deck I guess. 8.5/10
I was just makin' enemies. I'm bored.

The Transmigration Prophecy is limited.
Also...enjoy that unlimited Fusion space while you can. XD
Alastair Meztli Solaris - June 13, 2008 09:26 PM (GMT)
is it really? i guess that's what i get for putting a card i had no knowledge about into a deck huh? lol
-1 Transmigration Prophecy
+1 Bottomless Trap Hole?
oh and what do you mean?
Madness Antithesis - June 13, 2008 10:26 PM (GMT)
The set following Light of Destruction, The Duelist Genesis, is accompanied by a change to the fusion deck, as well as several terminology changes and one or two other non-important rules.
In order to properly house the new monster type (Synchros), the Fusion deck is to be renamed the Extra deck. Furthermore, to prevent total abuse of Synchros as a whole, the Extra deck now has a cap of 15 cards.
Alastair Meztli Solaris - June 13, 2008 10:45 PM (GMT)
wow seems like a lot of pointless changes.... all the same though i can cap it of with 15..... just drop a couple copies of the less necessary fusions such as Sanwitch and Plasma Vice among others.
Madness Antithesis - June 13, 2008 10:56 PM (GMT)
Well it's not all that pointless.
Since it's no longer just used to house fusions, it'd be strange to keep calling it a 'Fusion Deck'.
And the cap is quite necessary. It requires one to actually think about what Synchros to use as opposed to just cramming them all in and using whatever works at the moment.
Alastair Meztli Solaris - June 13, 2008 11:00 PM (GMT)
yeah i get the caps though i don't know too much about syncros, but the terminology doesn't matter. it's not like anyone really cares about what they call them do they?
