im kinda tired right now and dont feel like looking this stuff up so could u explain to me the purpose of ultimate offering in this particular deck?

Well, Sphere of Chaos effect is like Monarch, activate when tribute summoned. So, I thought on summon something, then tribute it for SoC and Get Chaos End Master. Then send them all for DED or LED.
