Well, they're insanely powerful, and deserve the title "Ultimate E-Hero Card"
All of them can be obtained in Master Guide 2 Promo, if you have enough cash.

Not really....if I wanted to play Neos and a high level piece of junk, I'd stick with Rainbow Neos. More devasting effect, easier to summon and higher ATK
