heya, I'm doing a naruto series of Yugioh cards (I know it's been done before, bare with me). I think I'm gonna make a card a day and edit the first post (or maybe make another post if it isn't double posting, so post your comments people!) Starting the series is one of the strongest cards of the series, Suigetsu (one of seven holofoils)

Sorry if I'm going to come off a bit harsh, but there's quite a few of things wrong with the card.

Firstly, the ATK and level you've set is far too high IMO. 3200 would only be reasonable if the card was a powerhouse like one of the Sannin, a Kage, or an Akatsuki member, but most certainly too high for Suigetsu.

Secondly, the effects doesn't relate to any of Suigetsu's abilities at all (albeit that he has only shown one in the series), and has a weak effect compared to its summoning requirements and to existing cards (eg. although he has 400 less ATK, Gilford the Lightning's destruction effect is instant. And let's not even talk about the OCG's Barbaros, which destroys everything on the opponent's field when summoned).

I would personally suggest lowering Suigetsu's stats (particularly ATK) and giving him some sort of protection effect instead eg. cannot be destroyed in battle or immune to Monster, Spell or Trap effects when "Umi" is on the field.

Well to tell you the truth I was going to make some equip cards and stuff to increase his status and powers and things like that. Plus, this is the one with the sword. Once I find a picture of him actually using water-based jutsus, I am probably going to make another one.
