This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by Tributing 3 monsters on your side of the field, including 1 “Metal Head” monster. Once per turn, you may activate 1 of the following effects:
*Pay 1000 Life Points. Special Summon 1 “Metal Head Swarm Token” (Reptile-type/EARTH/1 star/ATK 1000/DEF 1000) in every available Monster Card Zone on your side of the field. During the End Phase, destroy all “Metal Head Swarm Tokens”.
*Destroy all Spells and Traps on the field.
*Randomly discard 1 card from your opponent's hand the Graveyard. If the discarded card was a Monster Card, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the Level of the monster x 300 points.

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, “Metal Head” monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent’s card effects that target. When this card is destroyed during the Battle Phase, your opponent removes 2 cards in his/her hand from play. Then he/she draws 1 card.

If control of this face-up card switches, the new controller of this card destroys all card on their side of the field, except this one. This effect may only be used once.

During this turn, all “Metal Head” monsters on your side of the field may attack your opponent’s Life Points directly. During the End Phase of this turn, destroy all monster affected by this card.

Continuous Spell Card
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, whenever a “Metal Head” monster is destroyed place 1 counter on this card (max. 6). You may remove 1 counter on this card to gain 500 Life Points. You may remove 3 counters from this card to draw a card. When this card is destroyed by a card effect controled by your opponent, inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each counter on this card when it was destroyed.

Quick-play Spell Card
Special Summon 1 “Metal Head Swarm Token” (Reptile-type/EARTH/1 star/ATK 1000/DEF 1000) in every available Monster Card Zone on your side of the field. During the End Phase, destroy all “Metal Head Swarm Tokens”.

Whenever more than 1 “Metal Head” monster on your side of the field would be destroyed by a card effect controlled by your opponent, only 1 “Metal Head” monster is destroyed (Your opponent gets to pick which monster is destroyed.)

The theme is alright. But I think it could be better if the cards have something specific as a theme because they dont seem to work together. Ex: (counters, swarming, protection, etc. )

I only dislike these to cards because I found them unbalanced. The first one works like card trooper and it has stats really high considering its effect . Maybe if you lower the attack, it would be more balanced.

For the second, I think its stats are high. Maybe having an attack of 1500 would be better, It could be me, but I think you should low its attack.

And I have a question about this card:

Does it means once per turn, per duel, per what?

Ele-Beast is like Ameba with it's effect.

These cards were made long ago, so Bat was made before Card Trooper came out. So it shouldn't be judged against it.

What I meant was that the effect of bat combined with its strenght, and searchability makes it a too good card. Combined with cards like Reckless Summon and it woud become a increadible card.
