Yeeph, this BBS needs to allow a moderator to set access levels by viewing someone's profile instead of bringing up a complex moderator menu and then manually searching for that user. <_<

I'm not entirely sure of the mechanics involved and/or how much authority you have in deleting. I set both yours and Ru's level to mine so if there is a restriction for you, it undoubtedly will also not work for me.

Scenario3 makes progress.
Slight adjustment of coding to make up for WinXP's unique way of handling my "pocketed" files. There will not be a QBasic BOOSTER after all since WinXP is not comfortable having both a DOS program and WINDOWS program talking to each other unlike Win98 which did not seem to mind.
