Wow!! :blink: Some really good shots there, do you know what Camera was used?
Was it a competition or just a fun run? If a competition which dog won? Do they ever mix the breeds on a course?
Who's is the Saluki pup at the bottom of the topic, it look like a tri parti-colour?

^ The camera is a Canon EOS 400D DIGITAL. It was a competition with about 30 salukis (no disc. this time). Here is one of the winners, Kirman Vahid 2,5 years old - two salukis shared the first place.

In competitions they donīt mix the breeds, but when training and running for fun they can be mixed.
These breeds were running the day before, in Saturday.
^ The black/white parti pup (Paya-Ayenda) and the lemon/white (Paran-Tir), too, at the bottom of the topic, are my Lottieīs children, - today about 4 months old :wub:

I'll have to get myself one of these Canon EOS 400D, my parents have the 350D.
It would be interesting to see how the various breed's compared for acceleration, speed, stamina, turning, etc. by running the breeds mixed. I would imagine the the salukis and whippets would come out top followed by the greyhound. Have you ever had any Galgos running?
Superb photos again, I love to see the little Basenjis running, they always look so keen. :D

The Winning Basenji, two years old Furahan Pukka Vimoto in last Saturday Winter LC: "Nemo" in this video ..... and ... hm... the "music" - donīt mind ... itīs humour... but unfortunately you donīt understand the words - perhaps itīs better so... :blink:
The black basenji "Funny" in the same family was number 2 in the same LC - and at one picture you also can see Lottieīs pup "Usva" (Paran-Tir) :)
