It was a lovely sunny day today so we thought we would have a walk up the moor with the pack and the camera, here is the result;



















Farouq had a great time chasing his mother everywhere, although she did get a bit snappy with him at times due to her coming into season. :blink:

This was his Podengo impression, not bad eh?

Was out walking the saluki bred dogs with smoothy of tjhe forum today, a lovley day for it.

Hi Adam, thanks and welcome to the the forum.

It was a cracking day here, I wish I had more time today as it would of been a good day for ferreting and getting some good action shots.

The pup is fairly shooting up now, you can really feel the weight to him now if you pick him up. :blink:

He has some good strong feet on him and the toe injury seems to have healed 100%. I just want him fully grown now and to get him out hunting. I'm really looking forward to hearing how the others from the litter get on.

Lovely puppy! Looks like a fun day. I wish we had more open ground like that here. Is the tri-parti the sire?

We are very lucky living where we done, this is just a small moor but 45minutes drive and we can be in the angus glens, my idea of heaven!

Yes, the Parti colour is the sire, it was an accidental mating and the misaliance injection failed so we had 4 pups, I like Farouq from the minute he was born. :D

Right now we here in the cold north are not as happy with -30c degrees [in the northern parts of our country -39,9...] ... :huh: , but the sun is shining all the day and the snow is allways beautiful. Our salukis love flying over the hard snow surface :)
