Wow, that is a lot of dogs. Work nicely together, though, especially when they catch it (I know it says loup but it looks like a Jackal), everybody gets a bite.

I thought it was more likely a Jackal.

I was wondering if these are part of one wolf hunting packing owned by a few folk maybe as a way of earning an income controlling Wolf, jackal, fox or simply villagers banning together?

Could be either, it would make perfect sense either way.

Very robust dogs, much more massive than most of the Sloughi I've seen, though I haven't seen many pictures of native dogs, mostly show dogs. Just a few of those dogs could've taken a Jackal without too much problem. I bet they'd do well hunting Coyote.

It was the large build of the dogs that made me think it was a specialised wolf/jackal pack.

Some of the dogs from morocco on Terence Clarks video were built like these. I would imagine the more elegant Sloughis would of been westerners choices to take home.

Good find Mark! Some good native hound material. Thanks!
