On Sunday Billy Pauch was Knocked Unconsciouse at Penn National & was admitted to Hershey Medical Center for a serious Left Knee Injury & Torn Knee Ligaments. He had to be cut out ofd the car, all the while unconscious, the car did not Flip, in a multi car tangle on the back stretch.
