Rapture
What was once California has been turned into a paradise if you will, it’s new name was turned into Rapture after the Virus broke out and after Umbrella took it over. On the outer area of this city, poor people who have yet pay they’re taxes are forced to work in agriculture because of the high quality soil these food items are then shipped off to the other states and Umbrella owned property . Heading towards the core of Rapture the buildings begin to tower which is the reason why Middle class and high class citizens live in this certain area. The local shores have been decontaminated allowing for people to swim freely. Obviously, since there is an ocean with deep clear waters there will be some casinos. Because of this life style, high classed officials come to this fragment of Umbrella’s owned land to relax. And for that matter, the defense leading to every building is high classed. Although having not the best defense, certain areas are highly classified for officials only. All in all, Rapture although luxurious has a dark side where low class citizens farm. This is piece of Land is umbrella owned. This was once California, United States.

Elesian
Elesian, what was once Washington is now the capital of Umbrella. The whole city is surrounded by the wall, shores are closed off and strict on who passes and who doesn’t. Inside the walls are constant Umbrella soldiers, if there was ever a Virus outbreak here, it can easily and will be handles. Middle class shops, houses, factories surround the outer layer. No low class citizens are to enter this city. Heading down to the core, barracks of some sort train soldiers or are sent off to other countries to train there. Airports are beside the barracks allowing easy and safe travel. At the very core are the pentagon which was transformed into a Nuclear warhead facility in the case of emergencies. The white house was turned into a hot spot for tourists. Most files are kept on confidential buildings only known to Umbrella high class officials. Information and Data from experiments and weapons are also placed in said buildings. This destination is Umbrella owned. This was once Washington, United states.

Vorsichtig
The brother of Ho6a as some call it. This city is completely domed, the dome itself is made out of steel. This serves two purposes, to protect themselves and to make sure that the V-Virus does not enter. This city being a weapon facility makes this oh so important. However, there are ways to enter. An underground railroad and at the top of the dome there is a section which opens up for air planes and what not. Civilians are scarce because of the expensive houses. For this reason, only the government, No. Only umbrella can decide who lives here and who can’t. Vorsichatig’s weapon facility specializes in normal weaponry. Vorsichtig currently belongs to Umbrella. This was once Berling, Germany.

Hago
The sister to Vorsichtig. Similar to Vorsichtig, this destination is also a weapon facility owned by Umbrella. They specialize in vehicle enhancement, how to equip guns, better engines, etc. These vehicles include anything from ground to land to sea. Because of this, engineers are asked to come here. Civilians, like Vorsichtig are scarce because of the high prices of homes. A dome also surrounds this city, however, there are 4 doors instead of a ceiling and underground railroad like Vorsichtig. The four doors however, do not allow any infected personal and will test them before entry. Umbrella owned land. This was once Russia, Siberia.

Haven
A secret underground base where Umbrella commence they’re test on living test subjects. Rooms are built directly in the base. On the top of said base is a railroad connecting Haven to the outside world. A ring automatic machine guns surround this area attacking anyone who are enemies or infected. The bases structure is rather chaotic, being supported by pillars. Haven follows a maze type of structure. One side is strictly for bedrooms, the other for Lab and test work. And finally the last half of the base is used to connect the railroads. Guards are always on the move incase of an accident or to attack any failed experiments. Haven is currently owned by Umbrella. This was once Canberra, Australia.

Bespaar
Bespaar is the link to all the other locations owned by Umbrella. They’re engineers have worked hard on building, Torpedo trains. These trains literally move throughout the ocean. This is said to be the most safest type of travel because of the fact that the Virus cannot survive that far underwater. The trains travel throughout the sea and end up at shores or any place near said sea. Because of the amount of land they can get in little time this is proffered by most Rich men and high class citizens. Besides the high powered Torpedo Trains, Bespaar is also known for they’re agriculture. Most Low class citizens work on these rich lands, for two reasons. That’s the only work they can get and because of the location the price of houses are very low. Without Bespaar, Linking of all of Umbrella would solely depend on airlines. This is owned by Umbrella. Bespaar was originally Pretoria, South Africa.

Mohageon
Mohageon was originally India. Ironically, the virus did not pollute the waters creating a much safer environment. In fear though, no one ever decided going here. Because of this, S.T.A.R.S decided to make this a prime candidate to they’re base. The sea right beside they’re base makes it easy for them to transport they’re weapons and soldiers. The recourses in India are used for everything they use, from buildings to toothpaste. Although being dependable on India itself, they do sometimes get other items from they’re other bases all around the world. This is owned by S.T.A.R.S. Any type of rebel may enter here.

Pongará
Pongará, originally Brazil and parts of Bolivia is one of X-Xeno’s biggest base. It’s surroundings are flourished with nature. The already diseases inhabiting this place makes this location the least of all V-Virus targets. Because of this, South America is considered the safest place next to cold temperatures. The lumber the forest provides makes much of the houses and buildings that lurk in this Amazon type of forest. Because of the lack of money though, most military soldiers and officials live in tents all around the area they defend. The basic Jeep is used to travel around most of the time. At the shore lie the docks which ship away anything, Mohageon apparently is they’re fellow ally in merchandise and soldiers. This is owned by X-Xeno. Any rebel may enter.

AI Abuna
The second greatest training facilities belonging to S.T.A.R.S. The desert area are perfect for traps. Where they lay trap, they lay training facilities allowing members to go to extreme measures of training. The rivers running down this area is decontaminating providing fresh water that is distributed to all of they’re allies and other Head quarters. Because of the poor ground though, Agriculture is a failure and will not prosper. Not only that, but there are constant sand storms that occasionally strike them. Because of this, they constantly need to rebuild they’re nets. Shelter is very poor here. However, they have managed to make a straight path toward they’re near X-Xeno base. Because of this, they’re fire power is nearly doubled. This area belongs to S.T.A.R.S. X-Xeno visitors can come frequently because of the close distance.

Greenland
The only area that holds it’s original government. They support X-Xeno though and give them weapons, shelter, etc. Because of the cold weather the Virus cannot live here. For that reason, everyone that lived in Greenland continued living. Nothing changed besides the fact that they allied X-Xeno. They think, that if aiding X-Xeno they can rid the V-Virus completely. Some say that the Virus solidifies and can be touched. Although, the only way to truly get infested is to inject it directly into your veins. This is X-Xenos top training facilities. Being that there is cold temperatures, that in itself allows them to gain accustomed to cold environments. Anywhere warm is a luxury to them. Soldiers are constantly being shipped out to other areas after training. X-Xeno owns this. Rebels are free to come.

Adrar Saba
The brother of AI Abuna. They can easily travel to them making allying an asset. Because of the poor ground floor here, once again soldiers are trained. Adrar Saba gives constant reports on they’re current situations and all around being to AI Abuna, and they do the same. Every day, they know how they’re ally’s are doing. Like always though, they as well sell AI abuna and merchandise. Since they do live near a coast, they had formed a dock there. From they’re they import items from they’re headquarters. These items range from Agriculture to weapons. These items are then sold to AI Abuna for further money. The area around the rivers they live off of have some land for agriculture, providing food for they’re soldiers. This is owned by X-Xeno. Rebels are allowed to come here.

Koumyou
Koumyou was originally Japan. As the Virus spread, S.T.A.R.S had no choice but to take over this country and decontaminate it. With it came high level weapons and good land for agriculture. They farm Rice which is shipped off. Basic recourses are gathered in this country and then used to reconstruct weapons that had been found here. On the north side of Japan, Soldiers are trained. In between the south and north are houses where people live. Both normal citizens and soldiers are welcomed here. On the southern side of Japan is where people farm. Around the whole nation itself are docks that ship off any products and weapons they produce. This is owned by S.T.A.R.S. Rebels are allowed here.
