Alright, this tutorial is going to show you how to make a dream effect on a picture, using photo manipulation 8) enjoy!

1. Grab your picture. (I'll be using the one i used for my Lava PhotoManip tutorial)



2. Duplicate the layer 3 times. (Layer > Duplicate Layer)

3. Now select the very top layer. and change its blending mode to "Hard Light"



4. Now select the layer under that one. and go:

"Filter > Pixelate > Facet"

and change the blending mode on that layer to "Overlay". It should look soemthing like this now.



5. Select the layer under that one. and change its blending mode to "Soft Light"

Now the finished Product should look something like this. Let me know what you think of it.
