User Bar:
1. New Document (300x25)
2. Take an image that you like, and place it on the canvas. (you may need to adjust the size of your image to fit)

3. Now, create a new layer, fill it with black, and set the blending mode to “Screen”
4. Now go into your Blending Options, and use these settings:
Inner Shadow:

Inner Glow:

Gradient Overlay:

Pattern Overlay:

Stroke:

5. Now create a new layer, and using the elliptical marquee tool, make a selection over the top half, and fill it with white.

6. Now, set the opacity of that layer down to 25%.

Oblivion rocks, I'm so hooked on that game. I got the collector's edition (HD enabled), an Xbox 360 (w/ the HD cables hooked up), and a 26 inch flat panel HDTV. It's absolutely beautiful. And oh yeah, nice speakers on it too. Be jealous. <3
Oh yea, I'll make one of these bars soon, for fun. I have an idea for one.

you don't? errr... they don't move that fast though, 0.2 sec between every frame, so, if you watch for like 5 sec, u'll notice they move though :)

3x3 document, Grab the pencil tool and make a diagonal line. Then go "Edit > Define Pattern"
