Electric Portal:

1. New Document. Make it about 500x500 pixels. And fill it with black.

2. Now go “Filter > Render > Lens Flare” (With its default settings) and place it in the middle of the canvas. Repeat this two more times, except place them as indicated in the picture Below



3. Now go, “Filter > Sketch > Chrome” (Detail : 10 | Smoothness : 5)



4. Now duplicate the layer (Layer > Duplicate Layer) and go “Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical” and set the blending mode to “Screen”



5. Now Merge the two layers together by pressing “Ctrl+E” or going “Layer > Merge Down”


6. Now duplicate the layer again (Layer > Duplicate Layer) and go “Edit > Transform > Rotate 90 CW” and set the blending mode to “Overlay”



7. Now, Merge the layers down again “Layer > Merge Down” or Press “Ctrl+E”

8. Now go to the levels “Ctrl + L” and use these settings:



9. Now click “Ctrl+B” to bring up the color Balance.

For Midtones: Color Levels: -100 | 0 | 50

For Highlights: Color Levels: -70 | 0 | 0
