I have a Luts Mini Fee Special Shiwoo. I am saving up for a second Luts boy, Mini Fee Chiwoo. I have a list of ones I want, but unfortunally, they are expensive.

I currently have 3 of the little resin suckers. They're all from Dream of Doll - Wi, Too, and Yen.

My friend and I ran the doll panel at last year's Anime Punch, so I guess I know a thing or two. *thumbs up*

I'm amused by the dolls, but I'd prefure myself to never own one.

Some people that own the dolls creep me out.

Is that saying something about me? xD;;

But yes, some actually do even scare me.

Japanorama's Super Dollfie segment

Today, I was reading Momus' blog and he wrote about Japanorama. It's a pretty decent BBC series that's about Japanese Pop Culture. The host's speech impediment is a bit annoying (r's sometimes = w's.), but yeah they did a segment on Dollfies, I thought you all may enjoy it.
It gets really freaking weird near the end.

I was considering buying a Blythe doll a few years ago, but the people in the doll subculture kind of scared me away from it. I'd read about how people would skip school and work to play with their Blythe dolls, make outfits for them, and take them out for photoshoots... Strange.

But how cute is that Marie Antoinette/Rococo Blythe doll?
