Some events I think would be cool would be:

Matching: Be given a bra and find its matching partner in a pile. Contestants would be timed.

Panty Grab: See how many you can stuff down the front of your shirt in 10 seconds.

Guess the Size: Have some of our more female staffers come out on stage wearing tight clothing and you have to guess the bra-size.

Find the Jail Bait: Three girls. Two are legal, one is not. You figure it out!

Just get two guys or two girl's partenered up (they can be friends) and the audience has to pick who'd be seme (dominant/on top) and who would be uke (submissive, on bottom).
