Imagine for a weekend you must run from staffers and other random people. A twisted reinvention of Sleep is for the weak. You must check in every hour and if your seen knodding off anywhere you get attack with foam bats or somthing else. Just a reason to attack people for prizes person that dosn't miss a check or some other goal wins somthing bad ass.

Sounds cool but what about people not staying at the hotel? Or people whos parents MAKE them sleep..That'd be uncool. T_T

That might not be very good for people driving home.

How can lack of sleep be anything but a good thing, in context of a con. Though I did sleep at this year's AP, for a grand total of 40 minutes, in the DDR room of all places, being smart and going to bed thursday night will probably make it a pretty easy task to stay up all con.

Saturday of AP I slept anywhere I could lay my head.
xD Which ment mostly the couches in the lobby on Mike's lap. Damn there being so many Mikes.
And then on Holland's lap.... and Nik at mah feet, and then I went into Amber's room, and accidently fell asleep on her bed. o.o;;;

I don't really remember me getting any sleep xD my mom yelled at me because I was downing to many bawls energy drinks..>> and someone on the couches were like,"If I sleep wake me up...or let me go sleep in your room." I want to know who that was...xD he had a yuri my anti-drug on his shirt...and I kept poking him Saturday morning to wake him up. -I poked alot of people- xD Anyways...someone hit me because I'm going to do the no sleep thing again next year. -now who wants to make sure I don't sleep?-

I didn't have any funny cheerleader stories. I did however meet an old lady who asked me what was going on at the hotel. I told her it was a gathering of a secret satanic cult disguised as a bunch of 30-40 year old fat guys who like cartoons and asked her if she wanted to be our human sacrifice. xD At which point my mom slapped me upside the head and told her what it really was.

What the hell is your problem? They were just little girls, and the world is not out to get fan's of anime. Some people like dressing up and shouting about suichi and Yuki, others like dressing up and shouting about the yellowjackets or red devils or whatever. Both are annoying, and both are the product of someone's chosen past time and I don't know why you can't respect that.

Really, it's be pretty easy to keep us all up at all hours.

Give us one of those little "energy" drinks Japanese Salarymen guzzle.

Yeah... Sure we might die, but it'd be cool to see if our hearts would burst our of our chests or not.

This will be my first AnimePunch, and...I want in. If its still going to happen, that is.

I always tend to have trouble sleeping at cons (the few I've been to, at least) and I don't want to miss a thing. At YoumaCon '06, I had a grand total of 4 hours of sleep that probably wasn't too necessary. At Anime Central '06, I passed out the Sunday only because before the con was a week of irritating college finals.

So, I want in. I will be ready for my anti-sleep attackers...with a Nerf gun...with a sniper scope. And sleeping gas.

#1) I used to be a cheerleader. Worst experience of my life. Just go up to them and tell them it's ok if they can't do a triple-back-handspring-tuck by tryouts. If you made it last year, you'll make it again. They don't want to be the way they are...the man does...the man does...

#2) I have terrible sleeping habits to begin with. For example, last night i stayed up till 5:30 watching Loveless. Yeah...i'm an insomniac.

#3) Sleep just gets in the way. So does eating....
