That does sound cool. You could give out anime related prizes, of course. If the staff is asking the questions, then they should probably take off their staff ID stuff or else it might give away the game. You could test peoples' anime knowledge, and reward friendly behavior at the same time.

don't you think if people start getting asked random anime questions that they would be like,"Hey...I saw you walking around earlier with a staff badge...you staffer"

the question asker would have to be rotated often like only 15 min shifts at max
