I'unno. I'd like to go to more cons now, since AnimePunch 06 was my first, and Youmacon is the only local one I could find within the recent hours.
My parents aren't really jumping to have me leave the state for another convention, so yeah.
Well, even though it's in November, I'm curious if anyone's going or not!

I am going, but for local cons, you may want to check www.anime-source.com at their list of cons. There are a ton in Ohio throughout the year.

Only other one in Michigan is JAFAX in Allendale(which I have no idea where it is), which is just about as far as Columbus according to Mapquest. o_O;
And curiosity, assuming you went to AP, who were you? =O

hells yes I'm going to youmacon xD; it's the only one near me..only an hour and a half to get there! I only got to go the last day in 05, but it was my first con, so it's got a special place in mein heart. hope to see people there ^^

It's at the Hilton Hotel in Troy, Michigan. =P Yus, it's so convenient, since it's a mere 15 minute drive tops, along with the bar my mom works at being right by it. XD FOOD! w00t! All of you, COME! I'm looking forward to your humor, Mike. =O

DEFINATELY going! First year was awesome, and it was my second convention, and I had so much fun. The staff were so nice and ah... it was just great. I met my best friend there, so I owe them! <33 It's only about an hour drive, plus my grandma lives about a minute from where it was held last year, so it's very convenient for me! ^_^ I will be doing a Konzen Douji from Saiyuki Cosplay, and maybe a Ritsuka from Loveless.

I'll be hitting up Youmacon. If they have half of the insanely awesome events and panels that their website claims they're having then it will be a con to be remembered. Anyone else know if they're going yet?

Friday around noon. Have to go up there by way of Columbus, picking Robyn up as she gets out of school. We prolly won't get to Youmacon until around 7/8ish. I'm hoping we don't miss too much.
But yeah, I could prolly give you a ride there and back. Back would also be by way of Columbus tho.

Aah, if you were leaving Thursday I would. I have my room reserved for Thursday night, so I have to get down there to let my room mates in. ^^;
