I'm not sure about the validity of the source, but the guy's last name is "Whorley"... I see a play off of whore in there. Maybe I'm wrong and this article is true. *shrugs*

Somehow I think it was more because he was caught, at work I might add, downloading REAL CP. That, and if you hunt down a picture of the dude, he just looks like a guy that needs to be kept away from children.

Incase no one caught it this "He also was convicted of downloading 14 digital photographs of actual children engaging in sexually explicit behavior and of sending and receiving e-mail that graphically described, among other things, sexual abuse of children." is probably the reason he was convicted.
EDIT: I read further and also noticed he was arrested 2 years prior to being convicted.

Yeah, I mentioned this in the sixth post down. It's pretty certain that if it was only loli, nothing would have happened. Something about the first amendment.

I skimmed through some of the stuff on the decision. The judge's ruling was something along the lines of the loilicon in question being obscene and thus the government could prohibit its distribution. People forget that the Supreme Court has upheld obscenity laws.
