i called and was told their was no vaccinises do all have a over flow hotel

There are rooms at the hotel. I just called them. The only problem is they are not in the block of rooms Anime Punch has. The hotel is not out of rooms though.

Mike, is there anyway to get the block of rooms extended? (I thought that is what you had done previously.)

You can still get a room at the hotel, the thing is, it will not be at the convention rate.

Our block has actually been extended more than once. It just keeps filling up. (Have we mentioned lately how much we love you guys? The hotel loves you too!) We'll talk to the hotel again. Thanks for your patience.

(And don't worry - whenever the hotel does finally fill up, there are a number of other hotels in easy walking distance.)

While it's obviously more convenient for people to be at our hotel, and just better all around, shouldn't we try to get this info up on the website soon, in anticipation of when the hotel really does sell out?

I have info on the other hotels already, however I spoke with the hotel Friday and they said they would continue extending our block until they sold our for good. I will give them a call monday to make sure everything is A-OK again, but I think the block should already be extended (though it is possible it's full again already ^_^)

I got my room at the con rate on Tuesday or Wednesday without any problems by calling the hotel directly...although I think they're out of 2-bed rooms and are limiting people to the single bed rooms. (Which means only 2 people / room.)

Yes, but even at that, there are none right now. Mike is going to call them monday. So even if they did have them when you called, they could have sold out. ^_^

"Ani" is the code for it, for sure. I called the hotel and asked.
