For the sake of planning I am going to assign a couple departments, just so that when we think of a great idea we know what to define it as and whose desk it will fall on.
Programming Events - anything that requires a stage. This will be directly under my command, and (for now at least) will also include panels.
Programming Hallway - This will be the atmosphere department, in charge of hallway raves, piniatas, karaoke, limbo contests, etc. This will be under DJ-Ed's control until he tells us no.
Programming conwide - this will include what goes on elsewhere, such as the oregon trail room, the bad anime room, the department of room parties, etc. This job is open until someone reliable claims it.
Video room - For our video showings and events, this may also include the bad anime room, and will be under Chris's (Chris on the forums) watch .
Video Games - Take a guess... Will be under ChocoTaco (Tom) until someone else takes the job.
DDR room will be under Bobby, who is not yet on the forums.
Table top gaming and RPG's and cards and stuff will (for the time being at least) be managed by CapCon, contact info forthcomming.
Any department I have forgotten about, or should add, please tell me.

I'd gladly help out anyway I can with this upcoming convention. I figure as long as I get some time to browse the dealers room and view some panels I'm all for it.
well, I'd have to meet either of you before you could get a hard-core staff position.
Still, there are plenty of jobs! We may not exactly know what all they are just yet, but there are plenty to be had!

I'm all about laying down the law....I might go about even working on a judge dredd costume just for the occasions. Cause then I could be all "I AM THE LAWL!".
