Anyone played this gem of a DS game?
Square-Enix has given me hope yet again that they aren't completely down the crapper.

I actually started a topic about this a few months ago. xD Still pretty excited about it...
But it's on the list of games I'm not permitting myself to buy until school's out.

I see that when I go back through the threads.
At any rate, it's a lot longer than I expected.
The story is very enjoyable.
The systems that are put in place are amazingly detailed while being simple enough not to piss you off.
Like those pretentious RPGs that are too damn complex for their own good, this has a wonderful balance :3

Even though they aren't loaded with belts and zippers, the character design for this game still makes me sick.

Well... this game is definitely new and different, i'll give it that.
I haven't played much of it, but I'm really liking it.
Everyone's personalities are very typical though so that's one of the only disappointing parts of the game... I'm sorry that I like in-depth characters! :3
