http://www.genius-party.jp/ Its an anthology of shorts by directors from Studio 4C. They had just completed the Animatrix, but weren't happy with the fact that hollywood didn't give them full artistic freedom, so they decided to do their own short anthology thing as a reaction to it.
It features directors such as Koji Morimoto (Noiseman Sound Insect) Kazuto Nakazawa ( Comedy), Shinichiro Watanabe (Cowboy Bebop), and shouji Kawamori (Macross) to name a few.
It looks really good, do you know when i will be comeing out?
July 2008, in Japan, when its subtitled, who knows...
Hopefully there is enough of a fanbase for 4C that it will shortly after being released on DVD.
