Shockingly most cons have a BJD topic meet up already so...For owners of ball jointed dolls I figured let's start a topic and see about have a meet up.

There won't be an official BJD meetup. However, there are some ways for me to creep people out if you let me borrow your dolls.

I'm talking about an informal one. As for borrowing my doll....depends on what you're goign to do with it. O.o

We're not really all about dolls here. As you stated all the other cons have them, so just wait until then. AP is a good con to leave the dolls behind.


For those who are convinced their dolls are real, sentient beings though, we will be selling doll admission again this year. All dolls in con areas will be required to have proper badges, just like everyone else.

Basically, if you don't take that shit seriously, don't bring it along this time, and if you take it so seriously that you refuse not to, we will respect that to the fullest extent possible.

No, doll badges are more like pins than badges. We've had them since 06, actually.

disclaimer: Vincent will not set the dolls on fire. If he did, the doll would switch its soul with his. Then Vincent would burn as the doll continues its life in Vincent's body.

For a doll owner myself can't say that I think my dollfie has a soul.Dolls having souls....that's creepy even to me. But the pin sounds interesting I'd buy my doll a badge just for the pin. ^.^ I kinda started this topic to see who all actually has dollfies and are bringing them to AP.
