Hey, I'm from the area, and I would just like to know - would anyone be interested in going to a con meetup/otaku gathering/ SUPER SMASH BROS BRAWL PARTY on March 9th?
Currently Rixptack and I are trying to push to have the gathering in Lakewood Public Library on March 9th. We won't be able to receive the final confirmation date until this Wednesday, but I would like to throw it out there for now.
One of our biggest things will be celebrating the release of Super Smash Bros. Brawl (which comes out that day). We'll have at least one setup there, and any additional setups that can be brought will be appreciated. We'll also be setting up other games and anime setups, and we'll try to setup all 3 Super Smash Bros. games from all 3 platforms (N64, Gamecube and Wii).
However our central purpose above all else is to try to gather con people together to have a good time. So I would like to know right now, would anyone be able to attend this? =)
