I have started working on the schedule, if you have requests for panels, or wish to host a panel, now is the best time to bring it to our attention.

What are some current panels being taken into consideration?

I second the suggestion for panels concerning licensing or starting up companies which license and distribute anime legitimately.

Also, I would be interested in hosting a panel about the anime and manga "Mushishi".

Seeing as the first Mega Man game came out in December 1987, i think we should honor him with a panel/panels.

And Mega Man anime is out there, so i think it would be ok.


I had the idea of a series, like the Kojima retrospective at Ohayocon. I would be happy to host, and even had the idea to give prizes.

These could possibly be one panel in itself.

I really enjoyed the presentation from last year on OS-Tan's. Not to say this should be repeated, however it would be cool to have a similar addition for this year, or an expansion of that...

A friendly panel about Toonami and one about Adult Swim; includeing music, bumps, promo, and the like.

I would love to have your Toonami panel, and Joes AS panel. Both seem pretty well done.

I believe that our AS panel is arranged and ready to go. I'll call him tonight if he doesn't come online.

I'd like to host a panel about Kenshin and his historic counterpart Kawakami Gensai, comparing and contrasting time lines on what was true and what is completely fictional. I'd mostly be talking about The Kenshin's timeline and how it coincides with that of Kawakami Gensai. How about it? I'd be cosplaying as Kenshin for the Panel, and hopefully have a powerpoint and some media to go along with it.

Yo. Nathan here, aka, viking dude, etc.

I was wondering what we had going for the DDR setup so far. I just got my income tax returns and was ordering two Ion Metal Dance Pads, and I've already got a sound system and Stepmania good to go. I'm going to try and get a projector in time, so hopefully the DDR room will be able to stand on it's own. If you could let me know what all is going with DDR already, along with all the equipment already alocated to it, I'll be able to make sure that I bring everything I may need. I should be able to attend the meeting on the 29th, so I'll be able to discuss more there if need be.

I volunteer for an acupuncture/Chinese medicine panel. We saw acupuncture in D.Gray Man and Five Element theory from traditional Chinese medicine in Shaman King, so I think it's valid. I'm an acupuncture student and my school is literally next door to the hotel, so I can even bring needles :D Not to stick people with, just to show.

you could also comment on anime that had a bad dub to start out with (which caused them to loose popularity) Ex dragon ball, one piece
and maybe describe why fans sometimes don't seem to give shows a second chance.

I liked the panel for the history of Anime!!! It was pretty awesome... I liked how the staff member showed the japanese openings to most of the shows!!!! If Anime Punch has it next year I will go and you guys/gals should go see it!!!!
