Umm... I know there was a thread about this before, but I could not follow it for the life of me. People were fighting and spelling things badly and just gah. >.< SO I know that someone had heart shaped cookies with things like "Yaoi" and stuff written in icing. But I don't know if they were selling them or not. Isn't there some weird law about not selling homemade food at public events? We (the rest of the people in my club) Were thinking about selling cupcakes or cookies.

Also not Michael or Artist Alley Mistress Alex, but I'm also going to go with a, "I don't think so, Tim." on this.

Logistically, bringing food is a nightmare, also I'm pretty sure the selling of food items is against the hotel contract.

I speak from personal experience. I had to lug around a cake for a convention once (not for selling purposes).. since I didn't have access to an oven, I had to bake it days before it was actually scheduled to be eaten. By the time it was, it was already sort-of dry and just not as awesome as fresh cookies or cakes could be. It's just not a good idea.

By contract only certain people in certain places can sell food. Of course, you're always welcome to give it away, and you can always donate food to the con suite!

Woot! Thats a good idea! Me and my possey will bring some cup cakes for the suite. (I just want an excuse to make kick ass cupcakes. lol) Should I just drop them off when I get there Friday or what? (Thanks for putting up with my dumb questions Codi and Mike. ^_^)

You can drop food off with us at any time. We could probably even take it Thursday night!

If you want to use the food to advertise your artist alley table I would be cool with that, just set your card next to it, or something.

BTW, Special thanks to all the people who donate food to the consuite! It's not cheap providing snacks to 1500 people, so every little bit helps!

Well I wont be there till about six or seven on Friday. I live near Cincinnati and I cant miss school. lol. But I'll probably drop it off or send one of my lackies. ^_^ Also I might be able to drop off some more stuff too. Chips and stuff if i can manage.
