I finally got my sister to agree to watch around 26 episodes of one anime! :D

Her current obsessions are full house, Hanah Montana, and Tom Cruise movies.

I need a really good one that I could have her watch. The only thing is I don't think she would watch any subtitles. So I need suggestions. Something you think she would be blown away by.

Or could you get her to watch two 13 episode series? That might make your job easier.

Alright, your sister sounds like she would watch animes I try to avoid so this makes it hard, but I'm gonna say, how about Boys over Flowers?

She isn't exactly stupid. She is probably as bright as me but doesn't apply herself . She is really good at art though. As to why she watches Hannah Montannah I don't know she just loves it.

I think, what you watch on tv has nothing to do with intelligence, really. I mean, people say I'm smart but I haven't stopped watching Pokemon. Or Ed Edd and Eddy.

Anyway, what about the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya? I really like that anime a lot and I think it's really easy to get others into it too.

Haruhi is a terrible suggestion, it's like Excel Saga, you need to have prior anime experience to enjoy it.

I say go with something stupid but enjoyable, like Kanon. Or perhaps play up the angsty teen thing and hit her with some Kare Kano, Honey and Clover, Paradise Kiss, or even Marmalade Boy.

Alternatively, you could pick a fusion of stupid but enjoyable and really good, and serve her some hot Mahoro action!

GAH. I know subtitles are mostly out, and it hasn't been dubbed yet... but why not Host Club? With the other stuff she seems to like, that might hit the mark.

Host club would be a awesome idea if I can get her to watch subtiles.

In the beginning I was considering showing her something like Lain just to mess with her mind but yea I probably shouldn't do that :P

You COULD wait for it to be dubbed, since it was recently licensed, but I'm still emo about that little happening. They're going to raep it.

yea that's pretty much it.Since this is the first time she ever agreed to watch something I was excited.

Azumanga Daioh, It's cute hilarious and whenever the one zombie-ish looking guy is around it's like a magnified Miroku moment. Or if not that than maybe something like Maburaho would be good. Or Magicano, if you've ever seen it it's really funny pretty random and perverted too so it's a good choice. And a final choice I'd recommend would be Ghost Stories. It's absoulutely hilarious and pretty crude in it's humor.

Your sister and mine need to get together, she is 20 and still likes that stuff. Just let her be her self, you cant make her like anime.
