Based heavily on a conversation Chris and I had, I am now wondering what kind of con we are?

Is this a Genshiken con, or an Otaku no Video con?

Otaku no Video was bold and optimistic. It was filled with ambitions of glory!
Genshiken is far more degenerative, mostly revolving around smut.

So... which are we? Are we the little con that could? Are we the con that against all odds will rise up to be the greatest con in America? To gain such notoriety and popularity that Anime Central, Ohayocon, A-kon, and even Otakon tremble before us? Or are we the con that dissolves into a weird collection of perverts and hyper fangirls who giggle at injokes all weekend long, focus more and more of our event time on perversion?

We have the potential for either. Or better yet, do we become both?
